Christian Aftercare Ministry is a faith-based organization committed to helping justice-impacted people recover from self-destructive patterns of behavior through a variety of Bible-based services. They offer services post-release for individuals incarcerated in New Hampshire adult prisons who will remain in New Hampshire after release. CAM offers faith-based counseling services, as well as job training and placement. Staff will assist individuals with career development, provide referrals and assist with locating potential employment opportunities. CAM also helps individuals locate resources that assist with clothing and medical care for those in need. Individuals nearing release may contact CAM for pre-release counseling, or reach out after release for specific services.
Minutes Before Six provide incarcerated individuals with the opportunity to creatively express themselves and allow them the chance to feel connected to the free world.
(CLICC) is a non-profit program. They use mentoring and literacy activities to strengthen communication and deepen bonds between children and their incarcerated parents.
