Compassion Works for All offers recovery and hope by modeling and informing compassion, especially to disenfranchised populations and incarcerated people. Their programs are research-based and supported by data. Staff instruct participants on proven methods that promote personal responsibility and resilience. Compassion Works for All provides classes for incarcerated people, those in transitional facilities and community shelters, as well as law enforcement members. Programs include meditation practice, conflict resolution strategies and mind-body healing through yoga. Staff also respond directly to incarcerated people across the country with positive, compassionate messaging through the prison mail system.
