The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, in collaboration with members and communities across the state, promotes change through guidance, advocacy, and improving the capacity of members and the community to respond to environmental barriers. Their collective purpose is to prevent and eliminate homelessness in Connecticut. CCEH includes more than 100 members that feature emergency shelter communities, transitional housing organizations, community and business leaders, and other partners who share the mission of ending homelessness. CCEH advocates for policy change, amplifies the voice for homeless service providers, connections community members with resource organizations and offers training and networking to partners. For emergency assistance, individuals can contact one of the providers in their network for specialized assistance.
