CRAM, Inc. is a community based organization committed to serving formerly incarcerated individuals through a variety of services. Volunteers and staff are dedicated to assisting justice impacted individuals and their loved ones, as well as veterans in the community who face barriers to independent living. They understand that one of the most important factors in breaking the cycle of incarceration is ensuring that all individuals have access to safe, stabling housing. Staff work with program participants to identify and connect them with transitional housing opportunities in the community. They also facilitate the Ex-Offender Workforce Development Project in order to assist formerly incarcerated individuals with reentering the workforce after a criminal conviction. Additional programs include: L.E.A.D.E.R. Project, Work Based Training, Community Service Project, Pre-GED, Financial Literacy, Project Mentor and Family Reunification, and a food pantry.
