The Delaware County Public Defender's Office is located in Delhi, NY. With one Public Defender, Staff Attorneys and support staff, this office represents indigent criminal defendants throughout Delaware County. The Public Defender's Office provides legal representation to indigent defendants in Delaware County who cannot pay for private counsel and risk losing their liberty if convicted.
