Exodus Transitional Community

Exodus Transitional Community provides wraparound services to support incarcerated individuals during reentry into the community. With a firm commitment to human resilience, Exodus Transitional Community offers innovative programming designed for justice-impacted adults and youth. They also advocate for a community in which everyone can achieve social, economic, and spiritual health. Their housing program provides emergency residential services after exiting incarceration and will soon offer transitional housing services to formerly incarcerated individuals. Exodus Transitional Community also facilitates job development and placement services, as well as outpatient treatment for chemical dependence and mental health.
