Fathers Building Futures

Fathers Building Futures (FBF) is a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers formerly incarcerated fathers to build sustainability for themselves and their families through OJT and support services. The organization aims to provide parents and families with incarceration related difficulties with the best opportunities for stability on an emotional, social, and economic level. FBF believes program participants may reach their full potential by being given a second opportunity, serving as positive role models for their children, and contributing to the community. Participants receive soft skills training, on the job coaching, parenting and life skills, family reunification methods, financial literacy, individual and group mentoring, and ways to job certifications and long term career placement. The FBF program was designed to improve the lives of formerly incarcerated people and their families and create a generational impact by breaking the cycle of incarceration. Contact Fathers Building Futures directly for more information on their services.
