Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is a nonprofit organization that provides intensive re-entry services to individuals being released from prison by helping individuals enroll in training, find work and prepare for higher levels of future education and employment. The Reentry program is a no-cost program offered to individuals exiting incarceration to connect them to resources that help stabilize their lives and avoid a return to prison. Participants receive career navigation, mentoring, advocacy, computer skill training, employer relationships and education, legal assistance, resume and cover letter assistance, transportation support, work clothing assistance and financial literacy services through one-to-one case management. Goodwill-Easter Seals also connects individuals to mental/chemical wellness services and legal aid partners in the area.
National Cure is a membership organization that provides its members with the information and tools necessary to help them understand the criminal justice system and to advocate for changes.
