Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and an independently run member of Goodwill Industries International. Its mission is to change lives through education, training, and employment. More specifically, the Goodwill Industries of Arkansas Reentry Program provides services to individuals who are re-entering the workforce and community after a period of incarceration. Its staff understands the challenges and offers a supportive environment, as well as a variety of services including: building a resume, obtaining community support services, gaining job readiness skills, acquiring Career Readiness Certification, obtaining interview skills, and receiving job search assistance and job leads. They also foster a 16-week TEO job training program that provides temporary employment at Goodwill where you will gain marketable skills attractive to employers.
