Hope Of Freedom

Hope of Freedom is a non-profit organization operating out of Everett, WA that tries to reach out to Slavic incarcerated people in Jails and Prisons in Washington State. Their aim is to educate the community on crime, domestic violence and consequences, prison statistics, and drug use. Their goal is to reach at-risk youth and families before they break the law and are incarcerated. They lead group Bible studies in Prison, lead church services in Prisons, conduct one-on-one visits with incarcerated people, provide facility libraries with Christian Russian and Ukrainian literature, support Pen Pal correspondence with incarcerated people. They also provide moral support for the families and friends of the incarcerated, refer to resources, legal help, and deportation information and explain the rules of detainment and judicial process.
