The Hospitality House (HH) is an overnight residential facility serving the physical and spiritual needs of families of incarcerated people by providing temporary lodging and food. The House welcomes families for visitations and executions in addition to releases, marriage seminars, hospice visits, and funerals. The purpose of the Hospitality House ministry is to promote public welfare and alleviate the hardships of the disadvantaged by ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of families of prisoners incarcerated in the penal system of the state of Texas. The programs at HH include Open Pantry Policy, School Supplies Handout, Christmas Toy Give-Away, Art Against the Odds: Children’s Art Therapy Program. Hospitality House offers services such as execution orientation, Inmate Release orientation, overnight lodging, spiritual and family ministry.
