Ithaka is a community based residential program which supports the most vulnerable individuals in Colorado Springs. Their mission is to assist any and all individuals who are experiencing housing insecurity, as well as those with underlying issues that make it difficult to maintain safe, stable housing. Unlike many residential programs, Ithaka supports families, individuals and senior citizens with separate programs. Families who are experiencing homelessness may be eligible for services, though all adult residents must commit to working full-time during their stay in transitional housing. Adult housing for individuals is available to those exiting corrections facilities or recovery centers, as well as those who are having difficulty maintaining a home.
