The Jail and Prison Ministry is part of the Catholic Charities network and works to provide spiritual support for justice-impacted individuals. They work directly with incarcerated people and those preparing to exit the corrections systems, as well as families and loved ones affected by incarceration. Their work with individuals emphasizes restorative justice and advocates for personal responsibility, reintegration and reform. Catholic Charities partners with other organizations to provide justice-impacted individuals with access to the resources they need for personal growth and permanent behavioral changes. Family and Friends of the Incarcerated is a support group designed to help those with incarcerated loved ones through the justice process. Individuals can contact the program direction for information or support.
