Judah House provides housing to women and their children who are experiences homelessness. The residence provides capacity for 10 adults and 4 youth. While living at Judah House the women are provided with bible study, case management, faith-based counseling, support groups, childcare, life skills development and housing support. Judah House also partners with Jessie’s Community Garden to teach horticultural skills, healthy eating, life skills, non-traditional employment, and business skills to local low-income community residents. The women in the program will become certified gardeners and begin a farmers market as an end goal. The mission of Judah House is to empower those in their community by providing access to opportunities for healing, education and employment.
