Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services at the Kansas Department of Children and Families are services to empower Kansans with disabilities to become gainfully employed and self-sufficient. The rehab services help people with disabilities achieve employment and links businesses with qualified and productive employees to meet their workforce needs. The Department for Children and Families (DCF) manages and administers the delivery of human services to the people of Kansas. Rehabilitation Services collaborates with Kansas public universities, community colleges and technical colleges on the provision of auxiliary aids and services to enrolled students who are also clients of the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program.
