Life-Line Colorado is a community development program intended to assist local at-risk populations. They focus on strategic intervention and prevention of relapse, support during withdrawal and reintegration programming. Staff help members of the community live successful, sustainable lives. They strive to replace chemical dependence and violence with compassion, stability and safety through a broad range of services available to anyone who needs them. Life-Line Colorado assists people of all ages who struggle with chemical dependence and/or who are transitioning out of gang life or incarceration. They provide behavioral health services, mentorship, chemical dependence treatment, life skills, career services and job readiness training. Life-Line Colorado is a WAGEES grant provider offering reentry support for individuals exiting the justice system. They specialize in programs focused on fatherhood, gang disengagement, chemical dependence and aggression replacement.
