The Massachusetts Committee For Public Counsel Services in Middlesex County has two divisional offices—a Trial Court Office and a Youth Advocacy Division (YAD) Trial Office, located in Malden, Massachusetts. With one Attorney-in-Charge, one Supervising Senior Trial Counsel and 11 Staff Attorneys, the Malden Trial Court Office provides high-quality, client-centered legal representation to indigent persons of all ages accused of crimes, misdemeanor and felony cases.
