The Massachusetts Committee For Public Counsel Services in Barnstable County has three divisional offices—a Children and Family Law Division (CAFL), a Youth Advocacy Division (YAD) Trial Office, and a Public Defender Division (PDD) Trial Office located in Hyannis, Massachusetts. With one Attorney-in-Charge and three Staff Attorneys, the Hyannis CAFL office is available for consultation and court-appointed legal representation.
