Mile High WorkShop

The Mile High Workshop is a nonprofit organization developed to assist individuals who face barriers to entering the workforce. The primary goal of the organization is to act as an employment and job development program. Individuals within the program assemble and manufacture products based on local and national partnerships with business leaders. These collaborative partnerships allow the Mile High Workshop program to continuously create work opportunities for justice involved individuals. They have a strict nondiscrimination policy and actively seek to provide employment to formerly incarcerated individuals who may otherwise experience obstacles to financial stability. Mile High Workshop has three primary areas of focus: Kitting, Banner Upcycling, and Assembly. At each stage of production, individuals can help business owners manufacture, organize and distribute key materials. Business owners who would like to collaborate with Mile High Workshop should contact the organization directly. Potential applicants for available job opportunities can apply through the website.
