For almost 50 years, Mirror, Inc has assisted justice involved individuals returning to their communities after incarceration. Successful reentry is extremely challenging unless an individual acquires the skills necessary to succeed in an efficient and effective manner, and is supported by loved ones and significant others, employers, religious communities, and social service organizations dedicated to their success. Mirror, Inc has developed an expansive network of support within communities across Kansas. The organization facilitates community reintegration through these strategic collaborations in both urban and rural settings. Staff take their job and mission seriously. Their professional staff live and work in the same communities as clients, eat meals prepared by former clients and strive to disrupt or mitigate the cycle of incarceration.
