Missouri Department of Corrections Office of Reentry Services is dedicated to supporting individuals returning to the community after incarceration. This division is staffed by individuals who are specifically trained to help address the many barriers that participants face when returning to the community after incarceration. Their holistic services work to support individuals exiting Missouri correctional facilities by connecting them with the social services and community organizations that are best suited to help get them on the right track after incarceration. Case managers help to determine individual needs, including those who would benefit from residential or outpatient treatment services, and offer referrals to organizations that meet those needs. They understand the importance of educational programming and vocational services for individuals with criminal convictions and connect them with necessary support systems.
