The Montana Office of the State Public Defender has a branch office located in Kalispell, MT. This office has one Regional Deputy Public Defender, one Managing Attorney in Kalispell and another in Polson, serving indigent criminal defendants in the Kalispell area. This office is a part of the First Region of Montana Public Defenders which also includes the Polson, Missoula, Hamilton and Butte areas.
