The mission of Northeast Florida Community Action Agency is to partner with community members to stabilize households and support self-sufficiency through educational services, job support and advocacy. They offer a holistic model that benefits both individuals and the community at large. NFCAA serves individuals and families residing in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and/or St. John County. Their Community Service Block Grant helps families in need of mortgage or rent assistance, as well as fosters self-sufficiency for families. The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program targets households with emergency needs related to energy in the home. NCFAA also offers a Weatherization Assistance Program to make sure that families live in a safe home environment. Individuals can contact the program directly for assistance or support.
