The Oakland County Public Defender has an office located in 52nd District Court – Division 3 of Rochester Hills, Michigan. The office offers functions like appointing Felony Count Appointed Attorneys and Misdemeanor Court Appointed Attorneys. In addition, they send a copy of the form to Circuit Court to appoint an attorney if a convicted person has requested arraignment for an attorney from by court.
