The Ontario County Public Defender’s Office is located in Canandaigua, NY. With one Public Defender, one First Assistant Public Defender, 12 Assistant Public Defenders, one Senior Investigator and two Investigators, this office specializes in felonies, misdemeanors, appeals, parole, probation, vehicle and traffic, and some simple violations of law in Ontario County Court, Geneva, and Canandaigua City Court, Drug Court, and the various Justice Courts in Ontario County.
