Description

Operation New Hope offers support, life and job skills development for justice-impacted people and assistance with job placement to promote a sustainable quality of life outside the system. Their vision is to foster community development by centering second chances for justice-impacted individuals and disrupting the cycle of recidivism. Operation New Home provides wrap-around services and support to facilitate successful reentry, including the Ready4Release and Ready4Work programs. These programs prepare individuals for the challenges they will face when they exit incarceration and establish marketable employment skills to facilitate self-sufficient living. Operation New Hope also offers transitional housing, mental health care and individual case management for participants. Individuals can contact the program directly for information or to begin intake.
