Orange County Free Clinic

Orange County Free Clinic (OCFC) is a Non-Profit organization that provides basic health care to qualifying adult individuals, those who are uninsured, underinsured and have incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. The Clinic is dedicated to the belief that everyone should have access to health care services.  They strive for equity in healthcare.  Eligible people must be residents of Orange County and be medically uninsured or underinsured.  They provide acute and chronic medical care, x-rays, labs, women’s care, limited mental health counseling, and medications filled. Uninsured, Underinsured Adults who cannot afford basic healthcare have access to Primary Health Care, Acute Medical Care and Chronic Care -Management of Chronic Diseases (Diabetes, hypertension, asthma and hyperthyroidism for example) X-rays and Laboratory tests, Referrals to Specialty Care. Common generic medications through Orange Pharmacy and the Gordonsville Pharmacy with a $2.00 administrative fee for each prescription filled. High-Cost medications can be ordered through the Medication Assistance Program, which has a separate enrollment on-site and does not require registration as an OCFC patient or Orange County residency. Also, medications are shipped to the Clinic for pick-up.
