Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services

The Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services office serves people in Oregon who face barriers to employment due to disabilities. They specifically assist people with disabilities who need help securing and maintaining employment through job screening, training services and help securing assistive technologies. VR staff work directly with individuals and community members to ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to viable and permanent employment opportunities that help facilitate independent living. Clients can contact the office directly to discuss eligible services for individuals, as well as benefits they may qualify for due to their disability. Employers can also contact the office for assistance hiring pre-screened applicants and meeting the needs of their employees with disabilities. Community partners may work directly with VR on contract services, training and tribal VR programs.
