Pathway To Freedom is a Christ-centered rehabilitation program for incarcerated people that aims to transform the lives of justice-impacted people and equip them for successful reentry. They offer educational services aligned with Christian values to currently incarcerated people. The program is entirely voluntary, with a mission to prepare incarcerated people for successful, productive lives outside prison. They focus on developing healthy family and social relationships, as well as career services and job placement.
PTF’s programming begins 18 to 24 months before reentry, and ends with 12 months of mentoring and support after release. Support services focus on housing, job placement and other services to help foster a successful transition back into the community. The program is voluntary, but participants must meet several criteria before they are accepted. Those selected begin by working on personal values and thought processes through a Christ-centered filter. They then practice those values system in real-life settings and prepare for life after reentry.
