Pima County Public Defense Legal Clinic

The Pima County Public Defense Clinic is a legal clinic in Arizona that provides services and information about civil rights restoration, misdemeanor designation of felony convictions, referrals to lower courts, set aside, community services, constitutional rights and juvenile destruction of records. The residents of Pima county may seek legal defense or get help restoring their rights following a criminal conviction. Clinics are free and open to the public. Individuals who qualify will speak with an attorney one-on-one for 30 minutes, at the Pima County Superior Court Law Library. This free service is provided by attorneys from the organizations like Pima County Bar Foundation, Southern Arizona Legal Aid and Step Up To Justice.
