Planted Seed Ministries

Planted Seed Ministries Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit that provides wraparound services for community members in need. They serve individuals who are unhoused, recovering from chemical dependence or mental health crisis, experiencing financial instability and those exiting the corrections system. Planted Seed Ministries’ mission is to help individuals identify and change the behaviors and mindsets that make self-sufficient, healthy living difficult through bible-based mentorship. Individuals are eligible for residential services during reentry, job training and placement, individualized case management, medication management and chemical dependence treatment, life development courses and targeted support during reintegration.
