Positive Transformation Services, Inc. is a community based organization committed to addressing homelessness in the community. The goal of the organization is to ensure that those reentering the community after incarceration, as well as those who are experiencing chronic homelessness, have access to ongoing support that helps facilitate a lifelong path toward self-sufficiency and independent living. Positive Transformation Services, Inc. assisted with ensuring housing stability for more then 200 individuals and families during the 2021 year. In addition to housing opportunities, the organization offers wraparound services that address the underlying barriers which most often contribute to homelessness or create barriers for those living in the community after incarceration. The combination of support services and housing facilities is an important supplement to emergency housing programs, as it gives individuals the opportunity to work toward permanent self-sufficiency.
