ReConnect, Inc. is a community based nonprofit committed to serving individuals returning to the community after incarceration. Their mission is to offer intervention and prevention services for individuals and young people involved with the criminal justice system, as well as those who are risk of involvement with the justice system. They facilitate three programs: Reconnect 2 Success, Triage Youth Program, Family Matters. The Reconnect 2 Success program serves formerly incarcerated adults through a combination of vocational services, educational opportunities and personal development. This includes assistance obtaining GED, job training and placement services, and family reunification support. The Triage Youth Program centers on behavioral and cognitive support services for young people who are at risk of incarceration, with a goal to redirect youth before they become involved with the justice system.
