Reentry Delaware is a community based collaborative network of resources that serve formerly incarcerated individuals. Their mission is to develop an effective network of partnerships that extends to veterans, justice reform organizations, state and federal government programs, and local nonprofits committed to improving the lives of formerly incarcerated individuals. Reentry Delaware hopes to serve veterans who are experiencing homelessness, as well as formerly incarcerated veterans who are turning to the community. However, their services are available to all formerly incarcerated individuals in need. Individuals can also find information about local events and workshops for veterans, as well as links to partner organizations that may be able to assist with reintegration efforts.
