Rise Again Outreach

Rise Again Outreach is a faith-based non-profit organization founded to provide assistance in impoverished and underserved communities. Volunteers distribute donated clothing and personal care items directly to community residents. Rise Again Outreach partners with the New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Women in Concord to provide clothing and feminine items to assist with post-release. Their Celebrate Recovery program aims to provide support for those with chemical dependence and other self-destructive habits through faith-based mentorship. Rise Again Outreach Prison Ministry is a program that provides church services for incarcerated people in central New Hampshire. They also offer recovery services for incarcerated individuals, and continue to provide support post-release.
