Riverplace Connection, Inc. is a three-component faith-based re-entry program non-profit organization. They focus on pre-release, transitional living, and after-care services for state offenders in Virginia. Case management, individualized goal setting, mentoring, transitional housing, family reunification, employment, budgeting and financial planning, group counseling, and parenting skills training are among the services and supports provided by Riverplace in order to help clients achieve the goals of recovery and transformation to a successful, productive, law-abiding lifestyle.
