Safe Harbor Church of Little Rock – Nehemiah Program

Safe Harbor Church of Little Rock’s Nehemiah Program serves men and women who are unhoused or who need support with reintegration after incarceration. In addition to food and shelter, the program offers group counseling and faith-based mentorship, life skills classes, and assistance with permanent job placement. The program is a certified provider of Recovery Support Services through the Tennessee Department of Health’s Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services and the Arkansas Department of Human Services (Access to Recovery). Treatment is designed to support individuals after they exit inpatient recovery programs. They do not offer medical detox services.
