Their mission is to empower individuals, provide pathways to self-sufficient living and offer compassionate hope for those experiencing crisis. Samaritan House services include case management, medical services, emergency shelters, food pantries and financial planning courses. They believe that this holistic approach to supporting individuals best addresses the multiple barriers that many individuals face to permanent employment, stable housing and financial security. Their housing programs help support those experiencing homelessness by connecting individuals with housing opportunities and shelters, as well as financial assistance for individuals at risk of eviction. In addition to support for underserved adults, Samaritan House offers basic necessities for school-aged children, including educational supplies, shoes, clothing and backpacks.
