The Office of Schenectady County Family Court Unit is located on the fourth floor of the County Office Building. The Assigned Counsel Program of the Family Court Unit provides quality legal representation to individuals who are financially unable to obtain their own counsel for Family Court and are entitled to have counsel assigned to represent them on appeal.
