SEETTS (Supporting Ex-Offenders in Employment, Training, and Transitional Services) offers training and support for formerly incarcerated individuals in search of employment opportunities. This training program offered by Goodwill's Industries of Chesapeake has the mission of ensuring that individuals feel valued by preparing them to secure and retain employment and build successful independent lives. SEETTS is a job readiness program that delivers services that fulfill Goodwill's Industries of Chesapeake mission and values.
