Their target population includes individuals pre- and post-release at the Los Angeles County jail, as well as currently incarcerated individuals at Pitchess Detention Center. Pre-release services focus and case management focus on preparing individuals for the challenges they will face upon release, connecting them with potential employers and residential support programs. Back on Track also partners with community leaders and organizations that support justice involved individuals.
