Sojourner’s Place offers residential services and a variety of individualized services for unhoused men and women that assist residents with returning to the community as self-sufficient citizens. All participants sign a contract to focus on the issues that impacted their housing crisis. They are supported and lead by an assigned case manager, as well as general staff and peers. Sojourner’s Place provides services at no cost to participants and are driven by with compassion and respect for every resident. Unlike emergency shelters, residents of Sojourner’s Place may stay as long as necessary to address their housing emergencies. Those who exit the program leave with permanent employment and stable housing.
