The Wilmington HOPE Commission, with its partners, aims to reduce the impact of violence and promote well-being in local communities by advocating for, supporting, empowering, and assisting ex-offenders to positively integrate back into local communities. The Wilmington HOPE Comission provides rehabilitative services and programs designed to promote positive re-entry.
