Uplift Solutions

Uplift Solutions is a nonprofit organization with the goal of delivering entrepreneurial solutions that support underserved communities for the joy of a healthy life. Uplift takes pride in and is recognized for its innovative approach to solving social problems, and for its work nationally on solutions to some of the largest issues related to SDoH (Social Determinants of Health) over the years. Uplift Solutions currently focuses on creating success pathways for justice-involved individuals through their Workforce Solutions programs, and through advocacy and outreach efforts.
