Willow Creek Care Center – Prison, Jail, and Re-entry Ministry

Willow Creek Care Center's Prison, Jail and Re-entry Ministry offers faith based services and support to justice involved individuals. Volunteers provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to incarcerated individuals through on-site visits, bible study, distribution of faith cased materials and group meetings inside participating correctional facilities. Formerly incarcerated individuals have access to mentorship and support during the reentry process through a combination of individualized spiritual coaching, small group interactions, resource services for community support programs, assistance meeting community service requirements and transportation to Willow Creek Community Church. The organization also offers support to individuals and families with incarcerated loved ones, including support groups and networking with other community members who have similar experiences. Individuals in the community may request conference calls with trained counselors at the Willow Creek Community Church, as well as ask for assistance locating community support organizations via email.
