St. Clare’s Residential Program

Description

St. Clare’s Residential Program is a residential reentry program that provides sober transitional housing for women who are coming out of incarceration. It provides dorm-style single occupancy living with shared common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Each client is responsible for the day-to-day running of the home. Clients in the program are provided supportive services that will enable those with a history of incarceration or other barriers to achieve long-term sustainability on their own. Working with St. Claire's other services, they address you and your needs from your physical and mental health, your financial stability, reuniting with your families, and whatever else you may need after incarceration. It is also staffed 24 hours a day. St. Clare’s is a 6-month program. St. Clare’s is not a self-referral program (you cannot refer yourself) referral comes from the respective correctional institutes.
