Heart of Putnam Re-Entry Program

Heart of Putnam Re-Entry Program is a faith-based organization committed to serving individuals from pre-release until they return to the community. Currently, the program is offered through the PCSC facility with a goal of supporting those who are preparing for release and helping to develop a sustainable release plan. Heart of Putnam Re-Entry Program takes a comprehensive approach to reentry by partnering with local employers, community support programs and community leaders committed to supporting justice involved individuals. Additionally, the organization offers direct services, including: job placement, transportation, food assistance, clothing, social services, and housing. Their goal is to ensure that justice involved individuals have the best opportunity at a successful, permanent reentry into the community after incarceration.
