IMSI Hope Community Phase II

IMSI Hope Community Phase II is a faith-based organization committed to improving the community by uplifting underserved individuals. Staff and volunteers believe in the power of faith to unify community members, including those often overlooked by society due to their involvement with the justice system. Their goal is to ensure that individuals have the best chance at permanent reentry and find their place in the community after incarceration. IMSI Hope Community Phase II pursues this mission through a combination of referral services and direct support. They connect formerly incarcerated individuals with essential support services to help ease the transition process, connecting those in need with organizations that center residential and recovery services. They also provide direct services such as transportation support, mentorship and advocacy.
