It’s Possible, Inc.

It's Possible, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the community through transition services. Their mission is to offer justice involved individuals with the services and support programs they require to successfully reenter the community after incarceration. The Jail Transition Services program targets currently incarcerated individuals at Elkhart County Jail who are serving a one year sentence. Participants receive pre-release services to develop life skills, plan for living arrangements, acquire government documents and identities, develop support networks and identify other necessary community programs. It's Possible, Inc. also offers job development and employment placement services for formerly incarcerated individuals who face barriers to reentering the workforce due to criminal convictions. Some individuals may qualify for transitional housing programs or structured living arrangements after incarceration. It's Possible, Inc. also acts as an advocate for justice involved individuals in the community. For more information about specific services, individuals should contact the organization directly.
