DPI Group

DPI Group exists to locate and facilitate employment opportunities for those who face significant barriers to entering the workforce. Some of the barriers that the organization is designed to address include: Age (55+); Criminal record, including incarceration; Disability (physical, mental, addiction-related, intellectual or developmental); Experience of homelessness or housing instability; Limited English proficiency. Though DPI Group is a registered nonprofit, most of their funding comes from revenue generated by the organization, which they use to create more job opportunities for the individuals they serve. There are three primary avenues for employment with the program: staff jobs at DPI Group, temporary and permanent positions through DPI Staffing, and employment in the security sector through DPI Security. Each position has specific requirements for applicants, so it is essential that jobseekers are familiar with the parameters of employment before they apply. DPI Group is committed, however, to ensuring that criminal records will not exclude applicants from job opportunities.
